2005 Château Coupe Roses Minervois Cuvée Vignals 프랑스와인 랑그도크
Dark, inky color. Vibrant and powerful bouquet with depth and intensity that opens up after an hour. Crushed red berryfruit and blackberries. Soft texture with smokey underbrush and medium tannins. Complex and structured. Balanced Power and concentration from start to finish.
Made from a blend of Syrah, Grenache and old vine Carignan. It tastes and smells like a more expensive Chauteauneuf du Pape. Extremely good value for money for 80,000 won at Sideways Wine Bar. See my review of Sideways in Ten Magazine here. Sadly we drunk the last bottle in Korea, according to the Sommelier. The 2008 is available but won’t be ready for drinking for another couple of years.
